Having some custom made suits, shorts and dresses made at Simon's The Tailor was one of the highlights of our visit to Hoi An. Amazing service, great support in making decisions on what to make (which can otherwise feel quite overwhelming) and advice on the best fit, fabrics and style. After our initial order we came back twice to add to our order after we saw the quality of the clothes. They were also super fast and what I also loved is that it's a family business: dad makes the suits, aunty and mom make the dresses and daughter sells and advices. They are really welcoming and they have it done really quickly for you. What we loved about this place is that is a family business, the dad is the one doing the pieces himself. I got a matching set with a skirt and a top, dress, pants and two tops made within less than three whole days. The clothes turned out better than I had imagined considering how fast they were able to do them. I wish I had spent more time in Hoi An so I could’ve had more time to plan even more clothes to get tailored here.
